Shahyn Management Consultancy is led by a senior project controls and PMO practitioner with more than twenty years on multi-billion-dollar capital programs across nuclear power, clean energy, and major infrastructure.

The work spans portfolio governance, integrated planning, project controls, and enterprise risk management in highly regulated, safety-driven environments, establishing the performance baselines, reporting, and risk frameworks that drive accountability and informed decision-making at board and executive level.
